Stop Negotiating
With Yourself
Every. Single. Morning.

I built this because I needed it. The MCD OS eliminates mental noise, stops the drift, and gets you executing — without relying on motivation.

You're not lazy.
You're overloaded and unstructured.

Every morning you wake up and renegotiate your entire life. What matters. What to do first. Whether you feel like it. That mental switching kills execution before the day even starts.

The fix isn't more motivation. It's removing the decision entirely. A system that runs before the world gets access to you.

Marc Ortiz presenting the MCD OS

Where This Came From

Before

Capable. Inconsistent.

I had good weeks. Then weeks where nothing moved and I couldn't figure out why. I tried different routines, different apps, different mindsets. Nothing stuck. I kept starting over.

The Build

I stopped looking for motivation.

I built a prompt in ChatGPT that asked me the hard questions every morning — the ones I was avoiding. It surfaced the patterns. It cleared the noise. Within two weeks the inconsistency was gone. It worked.

Now

The same fog. Everywhere.

I looked around and realized everyone building something was carrying it too. Capable. Ambitious. Running on default. So I packaged what worked. This is the system I wish I had three years ago.

Who is this
actually for?

Here's the honest answer — in the room where it was asked.

Before & After the OS

Before
Wake up reactive. Phone first.
Spend an hour figuring out what matters
Operate on mental noise all day
High effort. Low output. Every week.
The world sets your agenda
End the day wondering where it went
After
Wake up. System tells you what to do.
3 priorities locked before the day starts
Mental clarity within 20 minutes of waking
Consistent output. No willpower needed.
You move first. The day follows.
End with proof you moved forward

How the OS Works

01

Daily Execution Loop

Every morning, a set of structured prompts directs your mind before the world touches it. What actually matters today. Where you'll likely drift. What standard you're holding. Paste into ChatGPT — it asks the hard questions, you get the answers. Then it lands in your Notion dashboard, clean and ready.

02

Weekly Reorientation

Most people don't have a bad year. They have the same week, repeated. Every week you zoom out. What moved forward. Where you lost control. What patterns keep repeating. The system catches your blind spots so you stop running the same week without knowing it.

03

Identity Reinforcement

This is the layer most people miss. Every time you run the OS, you're training a standard: "I am someone who executes daily." Not because you feel like it. Because the system is already running. You're not trying to feel motivated. You're just following what you already built.

"You don't rise to motivation.
You default to your system."
— Marc Ortiz

FAQ

Do I need a paid ChatGPT account? +

The free version works. ChatGPT Plus ($20/month) gives you GPT-4 for sharper responses — but not required to start.

What if I've never used Notion? +

No experience needed. It's free. The template duplicates into your account with one click. Under 10 minutes to set up.

Is this a subscription? +

No. All three tiers are one-time payments. You pay once, you own the system. No recurring fees, no hidden charges.

What does the 30-minute setup call actually cover? +

Not a coaching call. An installation. We walk through your schedule, your real priorities, your biggest execution gaps — then configure the OS around your life. You leave with it already running.

What's the refund policy? +

The $99 Starter is non-refundable once delivered. For the $750 and $1,500 tiers, reach out within 7 days if we haven't completed your setup session and we'll work it out.

I already have a morning routine. Do I need this? +

Maybe not. This is for people who have capability but lose the thread — inconsistency, mental noise, starting over. If you already execute consistently, you don't need it. If execution is still costing you days, you do.

I didn't build this to sell a product. I built it because I needed it. I was capable but inconsistent — good weeks, then weeks where nothing moved and I couldn't figure out why.

So I stopped looking for motivation and built infrastructure instead. A prompt in ChatGPT that asked the hard questions every morning — the ones I was avoiding. It surfaced the patterns. It cleared the noise. It worked.

I looked around and realized everyone building something was carrying the same fog. So I packaged what worked into the MCD OS. This is the system I wish I had three years ago.

Run the OS.
Or keep drifting.

The gap between where you are and where you're going isn't motivation. It's structure. The OS is ready. The question is how long you wait to install it.
